Welcome to Davin. By registering, accessing, or using our services, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions below. Please read them carefully.
1. General
- Our services are payment facilities for Prepaid (Mobile Credit, Electricity Tokens, Game Top-ups, Data Packages, Digital Wallets, etc.), Postpaid (Electricity Bills, Internet, Taxes, etc.), Social Media (Followers, Likes, Views, Subscribers, etc.), and Websites (Domains, Hosting, Emails, etc.).
- A User is an entity or individual who is registered and uses the Davin services.
- Balance is the electronic money value stored in the Users account to perform transactions.
2. Registration and Account
- Users are required to provide valid, accurate, and up-to-date data upon registration (KYC if necessary).
- Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their accounts, including passwords, PINs, and OTP codes. Davin will never ask for your password or PIN.
- Any loss arising from the Users negligence in maintaining account security is not our responsibility.
3. Transaction Terms
- All transactions that have been successfully processed through the system are final and cannot be canceled.
- Users must ensure the accuracy of the destination number (Phone Number, Customer ID) before making a payment. Input errors by the User are entirely the Users responsibility.
- Product prices, administration fees, and service availability may change at any time without prior notice, following the policies of the biller or main provider.
- Davin is only used for social media promotion and only helps improve the appearance of your account.
- We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we only guarantee that you will receive the followers you paid for.
4. Transaction Process
- All transactions are processed automatically by the system. Any errors regarding incorrect destination numbers are entirely the customers responsibility and cannot be canceled.
- The process will run according to FIFO (first-in-first-out). Orders that come in first will be processed first, unless there is a "processing time" note in the service description.
- If an order remains pending for more than 3x24 hours, you may report it and follow up for further processing.
5. Transaction Issues and Refunds
- If a transaction status is "Failed" by the system or provider, the Users Balance will be refunded automatically to their account within a maximum of (1x24 hours).
- If a transaction status is "Success" but the product has not been received, the User can submit a complaint to customer service within a maximum of (7 days) after the transaction is made.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Davin is not responsible for transaction delays or failures caused by system disruptions at third parties (providers/billers), server maintenance, or Force Majeure.
- We reserve the right to unilaterally block or delete a Users account if there is an indication of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of system bugs.
- Davin will not be held responsible if you experience any losses in your business.
- Davin is not responsible for any account suspensions or deletion of posts, as well as the loss of followers, likes, comments, or subscribers obtained on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

Your data security is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Davin collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
1. Information Collection
- We collect information from you when you register and use our services, including but not limited to:
- Personal Data: Full name, email address, mobile phone number, and official identity (ID Card) if required for high-limit account verification.
- Transaction Data: Purchase history, bill payments, frequently used Customer ID numbers, and balance mutations.
- Device Data: IP address, browser type, device operating system, and location data (if permitted).
2. Information Usage
- The information we collect is used to:
- Process transactions and manage your account Balance.
- Verify identity to prevent fraud and money laundering.
- Provide Customer Service support when you encounter issues.
- Send notifications regarding transaction statuses, system changes, or promotional offers.
3. Information Sharing with Third Parties
- We will not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share your information on a limited basis with:
- Biller/Provider Partners: We only forward the destination number (e.g., Customer ID, Phone Number) to the provider solely to complete your order.
- Law Enforcement: We reserve the right to hand over user data if required by law, court order, or to protect the legal rights of the company from criminal acts.
4. Data Security
- We use secure encryption standards (such as SSL) and a protected server infrastructure to safeguard your personal data and transaction history from unauthorized access, alteration, or data breaches.
5. Account Deletion
- You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data from our system by contacting customer service. However, we reserve the right to retain some transaction data for a certain period as required by applicable tax and legal regulations in Indonesia.
